England have been handed a great boost in the last few days in their bid to host the World Cup in 2018.
FIFA Vice-President Jack Warner recently stated that after speaking with Gordon Brown he has conceded that it is England's time to host the tournament. Warner earlier in the year critisised the England bid and suggested that it wasn't England's divine right to stage the competition.
Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is now also backing the England World cup bid.
A decision on who hosts the tournament will be made next December.
