Last year i think it would have definatly been Ronaldo, however with his departure who do you now think it is?

Rooney? Lampard? Garrard? Robinio?

Alot of teams are increasing the number of foreign players to their teams because of the cheaper prices compared to english players, but who do you think is currently the best english player? Who do you think is the best prospect for an english player? Lennon? Walcott? Ashley Young?

But as a striker surely rooney has to start hitting the back of the net on a more consistent basis? He drops very deep and doesnt score as many goals as a striker should. He does however have the class and ability to change a game with one moment of majic, this makes his massively frustrating and amazing to watch at different times!

In my mind the best player is anelka, because he has all what a good football player needs. Speed , Tactics and hhe is strong.

Torres is without a doubt the out and out best striker in the world. Now Ronaldo has gone I beleive its either him or Rooney for best player in the Premier League.
